We assess the code, architecture and data with the system’s future operation in mind — under load, as requirements evolve and through regular updates. We preserve what works, identify limitations and plan changes that make the system easier to maintain and develop.

How we start

We agree on access and the assessment scope. Based on the findings, we propose priorities, stages, effort estimates and a risk assessment. We clarify the scope, schedule and cost before implementation begins.
