The project manager connects the client and team, aligns priorities, organises discussions and helps move decisions forward.

We record tasks and agreements and demonstrate results at each stage. The client can see what is complete, what is in progress and which questions need their input.
03Agreed changes
Before starting additional work, we assess its impact on timing, cost and architecture, and update the plan together with the client.
04Project-specific controls
We agree on data access, quality checks and release procedures. For migrations, we also plan compatibility, data integrity and the transition sequence.

Launch of a vendor-independent support centre for foreign software products

Launch of major projects in telecommunications and finance to replace SharePoint corporate portals with open-source solutions. Development and modernisation of other enterprise systems, implementation of open-source software and delivery of IT infrastructure projects.
